Thermowells protect the temperature sensors from rigorous industrial processes such as hydrostatic and aerodynamic forces. These products are usually installed in the piping systems for optimum performance. Fitting temperature sensors with thermowells protect them while facilitating accurate measurements.
Temperature Thermowell provide complete protection for sensor elements (temperature, pressure etc.). They are designed considering optimum pressure, temperature, critical frequency, the nature of media (abrasive, corrosive etc) and intensity of flow of media.
These are made from bar stock from Stainless Steel and Alloys etc. as per the requirement and the operating conditions. Thermo wells are available in screwed type, pipe threads, flanged with ANSI, B.S., JIS, DIN Standards.
Thermo well allows removing or replacing of sensor instruments without draining or shutting down of process.
